Technology Transfer / MATS

Includes technology transfer activities and programs, including training of producers in “best practices” or, Most Applicable Technologies and Systems (MATS). RPSEA will transfer technologies as appropriate using its internal technology transfer infrastructures, as well as other structures available in Texas, such as state producer associations. This Task will be further defined and funded with the progress of the Program.
